A quick guide to each space, what it is for, and a few tips to make your first visits smooth. Ask a team member any time. We are always happy to walk you through it.

Red Light Therapy FDA cleared

The heart of everything we do. You rest comfortably while a medical grade, FDA cleared red light system does the work. Members come to Red Light Therapy to support recovery, skin health, and an all over sense of calm. Nothing to do but lie back and relax.

Before your session

  • Come with clean skin. Avoid makeup, lotions, or sunscreen beforehand.
  • Wear undergarments and stay under the sheet while your wrap is running.
  • Want a specific area? Custom wrap zones are available, just ask.

Power Plate

Whole body vibration that wakes your muscles up fast. Stand, hold a position, or move through simple exercises while the platform does the heavy lifting. Paired with red light, it is designed to support muscle activation and circulation in a short, efficient session.

Good to know

  • Bend your knees and keep your weight toward your toes.
  • Go passive or active, whichever suits you that day. Your choice.
  • During busy times, please keep it to 15 minutes so everyone gets a turn.

Pilates Reformer

Low impact strength and mobility work on the reformer, guided on screen by our instructor Allison Beardsley. It is great for core, posture, and controlled movement, wherever you are starting from.

Getting started

  • No standing or planking on the reformer.
  • New here? Begin with Level 1, then try Level 2 or 3 for a challenge.
  • Repeat classes until they feel familiar. Strength builds with time.

Far Infrared Sauna

Gentle, penetrating heat that helps you unwind. Members use the sauna to relax, warm up before a session, or cool down after. Ease into it and take your time.

Sauna tips

  • Start with five minutes and build up gradually as you get comfortable.
  • Hydrate before, during, and after.
  • Bring a towel. Clothing is required.

PEMF

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. A calm, restorative add on that many members pair with red light. We start everyone gently and build from there.

Before you begin

  • Start on the Longevity 2 setting, also called Schumann Resonance.
  • Not recommended if you have a pacemaker or are pregnant. Check with a team member first.

A quick, complimentary 3D scan that tracks your progress over time. It is the easiest way to see how your body is changing across the weeks and months, with no guesswork. Your scans live in the app.

For the clearest scan

  • Pin your hair up.
  • Dress down to undergarments or wear tight fitting clothing.
  • Make sure you have the app so your results save automatically.

Individual results vary. Our services support your overall wellness routine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Booking and changes How it works

  • Book in the app or in studioReserve your spot ahead of time so your favorite times are ready when you are.
  • Modify up to two hours beforeChange or cancel a session up to two hours before it starts, right from the app.

Your first visit

Here is what to expect.

No experience needed. Come as you are, and the team will guide you through every step.

Arrive a little early

Give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in and meet the team on your first visit.

Come comfortable

Wear something you can move in, bring a water bottle, and skip lotions before Red Light Therapy.

Move through your session

A typical visit pairs 25 minutes of Red Light Therapy with 10 minutes on the Power Plate. Add sauna around it any time.

Set your baseline

Book a STYKU 3D scan early so you have a starting point to look back on as you go.

Membership terms
  • Sessions are used within your billing cycle. Any unused sessions do not roll over, so try to book them in.
  • Full flexibility. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time.
  • All cancellation requests go to commack@redlightmethod.com.
  • We ask for 30 days notice on any cancellation.
  • A termination fee of $149 applies to cancellations before your commitment ends.
  • Once your commitment term ends, memberships auto renew unless you send a cancellation request.
Pause policy
  • Need a break? You can pause your account for the next billing cycle for a $15 fee.
  • When your account becomes active again, that charge comes back to you as an account credit on your next bill.
  • You can pause up to four months of your account each year.
Studio etiquette
  • Please wipe down equipment after you use it, so the next member steps into a clean space.
  • Keep phone conversations at a considerate volume, and use headphones for any audio.
  • This is a shared, restful space. A little care from everyone keeps it that way.
